Correctional Consilium / Consilium Direction
Individual and comprehensive support for children with psycholinguistic development disorders is one of the most important components of the successful development of young patients. In our clinic, we strive to provide optimal conditions for children and their parents, and that is why we offer an innovative approach - working in the format of a consilium. ⠀
A consilium is a collaboration of specialists from various fields, such as a neurologist, speech therapist-defectologist, neuropsychologist, psychiatrist, physical/occupational therapist, and others. The consilium's composition is selected individually for each case. The consilium is specialized in working with children suffering from genetic disorders (participation of children with excluded genetic disorders is not restricted).
The main advantage of working in the consilium format is the ability to combine the knowledge, experience, and insights of various specialists. This allows for a deep analysis of the unique characteristics of each patient and the development of an individual correctional support program that adapts to the dynamics of the child's development. ⠀

This allows for a deep analysis of the unique characteristics of each patient and the development of an individual correctional support program that adapts to the dynamics of the child's development.
Working in a consilium allows us to accurately identify the impaired areas of psycholinguistic development, determine the child's needs, and regularly adjust the support program, considering the child's progress and achievements. This approach ensures maximum efficiency and individually oriented correctional support, which promotes the maximum development of the child's potential.

Recording algorithm: patient application -> consilium payment -> filling out specialized questionnaires, providing necessary documents -> preliminary document review (determining the consilium's composition, preliminary meeting of the working group to study the materials without the patient's participation, requesting additional information if needed) -> request and receipt of additional information -> appointment of the date and holding of the consilium.
Working in a consilium allows us not only to accurately identify the impaired areas of psycholinguistic development and determine the child's needs but also to regularly adjust the support program, considering the child's progress and achievements. This approach ensures maximum efficiency and individually oriented correctional support, which promotes the maximum development of each child's potential. ⠀
In our clinic, we deeply understand that every child is unique and their needs can change over time. Therefore, our consiliums are not just meetings of medical and correctional specialists, but joint efforts of all specialists to provide children with the best opportunities for development and a happy childhood. Together with you, we will work to help children turn their limitations into new opportunities.
