Documents submitted as multiple links to other services will NOT be accepted.

Complete questionnaires (for syndromic pathology)

If the visit concerns a suspected syndromic pathology — regardless of the appointment type:

Also prepare photographs of the patient: head and neck close-up; front, back and both side views; hands and feet. Photos of parents' faces.

Choose a specialist and make payment

Confirm your agreement with the terms. Through the online system, choose a specialist and a convenient appointment time, register in the EHR system and make payment.

Confirmation of the booking will be an SMS with the date and time. For online consultations — the SMS contains an individual ZOOM link.
